Kushi Store and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Kushi Store believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Kushi Store and its subsidiaries.

  • Shipping & Delivery

  • How we Ship
    All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Please note that UPS can not ship to PO Boxes. At this time we currently do not ship outside the US.

    Up to $30.00 subtotal $10.95

    $30.01 to $40.00 - $11.95

    $40.01 to $50.00 - $13.95

    $50.01 to $70.00 - $15.95

    $70.01 to $90.00 - $17.95

    $90.01 to $125.00 - $19.95

    $125.01 to 199.99 - $21.95

    Over $200.00 - 15% of order subtotal

    *The above rates may be adjusted at our discretion for bulk and or unusually heavy packages.

     

    UPS Address Corrections
    Any extra charges by UPS due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information will be charged to your credit card upon receipt. (i.e.. no suite number, wrong zip code, recipient has moved to a new address). Please check your printed invoice and email or call us with any changes. Once we ship (Usually by the next business day) we can not make changes. The UPS address correction charge for ground service is $10.00. The correction charge for next day, 2nd day or 3 day select is $20.00.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Kushi Store is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax

  • Kushi Store charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Return Policy

  • Damage Claims
    Please report to us immediately any problems concerning your order so that we can file a damage claim with UPS.    ?

    Returns & Credits?

    Please make requests for returns of merchandise for any reason other than a damage claim within 14 days of receiving your purchases. Returns on food items are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be unopened. Body Care Products and Books are non refundable, while we will accept returns on unused cookware and other health related appliances within 14 days after receiving them, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please call or email for an RMA # and instructions for returns, any return with out this information will be refused, likewise any return on a cookware item that has been used in any manner will be returned also, as we have a policy of only selling brand new, factory fresh items.

    All warranties are between the manufacturer and you the customer.
