Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping And Handling All domestic shipping charges will be value based. Currently, only the 48 contiguous United States are availble for online shipping charges. All others will be calculated at the warehouse. We will charge your credit card after including the shipping charges. Iternational shipping charges are weight based plus a $5.00 handling fee and may also be subject to additional charges detemined by the courier .

Delivery Schedule We will process your order within 48 hours of receipt. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will not usually back order for you. Your emailed invoice will reflect the adjustment.

Tax Charges For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be apllied to all in state orders. Our business is operated from MA. All other orders are tax free, please make sure to click the exempt box to reduce tax to zero.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from kushistore.com. If any product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a prompt credit or exchange of your choice within 15 days of receipt of purchase. All returns must be in original condition and packaging. At our discression, we will charge a 15% re-stock fee on all returned merchandise. Shipping and handling charges will be refunded only for defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without a return authorization number which must be obtained by calling our customer service number at 1-800-645-8744 or by email at customerservice@kushistore.com.

Organic grains and other dried foods are particularly subject to insect contamination. Please inspect these products promptly and store them in a cool dry place.
