Mitoku Umeboshi Concentrate
1.4 oz. & 3.2 oz. Mitoku Umeboshi Concetrate
This saltless concentrate is made from the freshly pressed juice of unripe umeboshi plums. After pressing, the juice is boiled down to a thick, dark, concentrated syrup, used in Oriental folk treatments to alkalize over-acidic blood and stomach conditions. To prepare, dissolve a pea-size amount in 1/2 cup of hot water or hot kukicha tea.
