Mitoku Sakurai Whole Wheat Somen
Light and thin, Somen was originally made te-nobe, which means "stretched by hand". It was made with such lightning speed that watching was almost as enjoyable as the eating. This superb somen noodle adds a delicate touch to tradition. Made by the Sakurai family, it is their use of fresh ground flour that makes them one of Japan's premiere psta makers.
