Mitoku Azuki Rice Dinner
Mitoku Instant Brown Rice with Azuki or "Sekihan" literally "red rice" gets its name from the addition of red azuki beans which are steamed together with rice. It is generally prepared for occasions such as festivals or birthdays, as red is the color of joy in Japan. Medicinally, azuki beans are known for strengthening the kidneys.
Ingredients: "yuuki-grown" whole brown rice, and Japanese azuki beans.
