Eden Brown Rice and Wheat Udon
Organically grown grain crafted at Eden's certified organic plant. A blend of 80 percent Canadian organic spring wheat and 20 percent Lundberg California organic short grain brown rice sifted flours. Traditionally crafted with a bit of EDEN Sea Salt. Its shape and thickness is similar to linguini. Ideal with dashi (Japanese kombu/shoyu broth). Low sodium, low fat, a good source of dietary fiber, protein, and iron. Packaged in reclosable boxes made from recycled paper, one of the most environmentally friendly, recyclable, packages available.
